Holiday extended return policy: Orders placed between Monday, November 18-December 25, will be eligible for 45 day return period on all items ordered via online store.

Slat Sandals wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, which is why we offer a hassle free 30-day return period on all items ordered via phone or online store.

• Original shipping charges will not be added to refund
• Items must be in 100% resalable condition
• Each item is allowed one exchange per transaction
• Return time frame starts from original ship date
• No returns on Final Sale items
• Returns must be initiated from the original point of sale and online orders will not be accepted for refund or exchange within our retail/outlet locations
• $7.50 restocking fee applied for exchanges & returns initiated for refund
• Exchanges and prepaid labels are only offered to United States customers. This offer excludes orders being shipped from Canada, certain US territories, and international orders.
